Master Preparation
Network Sound tape duplication & CD replication is based on fully edited masters. Please supply us with the "highest quality" master: CDR, R-DAT, 1/4" Reel or CR02, High-Bias Cassette.  If conversion to R-DAT is necessary, see "service charges" below. Make sure you have a SAFETY COPY of the MASTER!!  

CD-R Format:
Please supply a CDR master disc recorded at 1x or 2x speed, preferably.

CASSETTE Format:
Submit a CR02, high bias or metal cassette tape for duplication. Properly space 2:00 between side A and side B, label side A and side B. If conversion to R-DAT is necessary, see "service charges" below. R-DAT or a CDR master with track log is also acceptable.

R-DAT Format:
Print :10 seconds of silence at head of tape with levels at minimum. Print :60 seconds of 1 KHZ Tone at Minus -12. Then print 1:00 minute of silence before Side A starts and 2:00 between Side A & Side B. Print ID Number at start of each song.

1/4" Format:
The master should contain TEST TONES of :30 seconds each @ 400HZ, 1KHZ and 10 KHZ at 0 DB operating level. A leader tape of :15 seconds is required between Side A and Side B. Conversion to R-DAT is necessary. See "service charges" below.

ALL FORMATS:
Completed
Master Audio Log is required.  List all songs on the "Master Audio Log" in the EXACT ORDER of which they appear on the master tape along with the TIMES for each song. Balance the song lengths of "Side A" to "Side B" for professional results. Make sure songs are in the proper order! Re-sequencing the songs into proper order is subject to additional service charges.

SERVICE CHARGES:
Conversion of Reel or Cassette to CD ... $60/hr plus $10 CDR Master
Conversion of R-DAT to CD Master ... $30/hr plus $10 CDR Master
Re-sequencing, effects, EQ ... $60.00/hr plus $10 CDR Master
Optional hourly charges: Sweetening, enhancement, EQ,etc.... $60/hr
