• Visa, MC, Amex & Discover are accepted on phone/fax orders over $20.  Note: 3% surcharge on orders $500 and over.

• Personal Checks, Business Checks or Money Order.  Returned check fee is $25.00 for insufficient funds.   Please allow 10 working days for personal check to clear.

Pricing:  Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices do not include local, state or federal use, excise, manufacture, sales, shipment, import, export or other similar taxes.  

Shipping and Delivery:

• Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground for tracking purposes. Please include physical address and telephone number with every order.
• Freight rates are approximate. See front of order form for rates. Please call to confirm shipping charges on large orders.
• All orders shipped fob Network warehouse.
• Large quantity orders, audio & video tape, books, calculated & quoted at time the order is shipped.
• Customers are responsible for all freight charges, returns and reshipments.
• Stock orders ship within 24-48 hours.

• Rush orders subject to 50% rush fee plus S&H charges.
• Return Goods Authorization required for all returns.

Warranty and Returns:
     Network guarantees products against all defects in quality and workmanship and limits liability to rerun or refund (at our option) on services performed, providing the product is deemed defective in workmanship or material. No product is replaced or credited more than thirty (30) days after the delivery of the product. Copyable products, contracts, forms, disc programs, music videos and audio tapes are considered non-returnable items unless deemed defective.
     Network guarantees client's satisfaction with regard to all design and audio proofs. However, client agrees and understands that once proofs are approved, we will charge for all of the work already performed, even if project is canceled.
